Without my website helping me grow my email list I wouldn’t be able to do this. Therefore, I always recommend one of the first things people do when setting up a blog is to create a lead magnet.

Choosing the wrong keywords can sink your blog before it’s even begun. Therefore, you have to make sure you choose the best keywords for each post.
There are tools that can help you do that like, Keywords everywhere, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs.
You can even look at google suggestions, answer the public and even Reddit threads for inspiration.
You want to choose a keyword that isn’t too difficult to rank for and has decent search volume, one of the most important metrics will be the user intent behind the keyword as well.
You can also look at your competitors to see what they are ranking for and decide if you can take inspiration from that.
