Angry Customers – It doesn’t matter how great your business is at some point or another you will have customer complaints.

Now it used to be that customers complained via your complaints line, in person or in email. Now however with the surge of social media, more and more customers are now turning to a social media to vent their frustrations when they have a complaint.

This is obviously a very public way of complaining that can have a detrimental effect on your business, especially if they criticism is over the top of unjust.
